Getting Started

Pop Kollection is a simple, offline pop vinyl figure collection tracker for iOS. All your data stays on your device—no account required!

First Steps

Add Your First Item
- Tap the “Add” tab (➕ icon)
- Fill in the details (name, series, number, etc.)
- Add photos from your camera or photo library
- Tap “Save”
Browse Your Collection
- Tap the “Home” tab to see all your items
- Use the search bar to find specific items
- Tap any card to view details
Edit or Delete Items
- Long press on any card
- Select “Edit” or “Delete” from the menu
- Changes are saved instantly

Item Details You Can Track

Name - The character or subject name
Series - Marvel, DC, Disney, Star Wars, etc.
Number - The figure number (#001, #574, etc.)
Category - Movies, TV Shows, Games, Animation, etc.
Condition - Mint, Near Mint, Good, Fair, Poor
Size - Standard (3.75”), Super-Sized (6”), Jumbo (10”)
Type - Standard Pop, Pop Ride, Pop Town, Pop Moment, etc.
Variant - Normal, Chase, Chrome, Flocked, Glow in the Dark, etc.
Purchase Price - What you paid
Current Value - Current market value
Purchase Date - When you acquired it
Protector Case - Whether it has a protector
Notes - Any additional information
Photos - Multiple images per item

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add multiple photos?

When adding/editing an item, tap “Add Photos”
Choose “Take Photo” or “Choose from Library”
Select up to 10 photos per item
Photos are stored locally on your device

Is my data backed up?

No, all data is stored locally on your device. We recommend:

Regular iOS device backups via iCloud or iTunes
Exporting data periodically (feature coming soon)

What happens if I uninstall the app?

All your data will be deleted. Make sure to back up your device before uninstalling.

Does the app require internet?

No! Pop Kollection works completely offline. No internet connection required.

Can I sync across devices?

Not yet. Currently, data stays on one device. Cloud sync is planned for a future update.

How do I delete an item?

Long press on the card
Tap “Delete”
Confirm deletion

How do I search my collection?

Go to the “Home” or “Search” tab
Type in the search bar
Search works on name, series, number, category, and notes

Currently, you can share individual item cards using the share button (coming soon). Full collection export/sharing is planned for future updates.

Can I import data from a spreadsheet?

CSV import is planned for a future premium update. Stay tuned!

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. iOS-only for now. Android support is planned for future releases.

Troubleshooting

Photos not saving

Check Permissions: Settings → Pop Kollection → Photos → Allow Access
Storage Full: Free up space on your device
Restart App: Close and reopen the app

App crashes or freezes

Update App: Make sure you have the latest version
Restart Device: Sometimes a simple restart helps
Reinstall App: Delete and reinstall (warning: you’ll lose data)

Search not working

Check Spelling: Make sure search terms are correct
Try Different Terms: Search by name, series, or number
Clear Search: Tap the X to reset

Can’t add photos

Check Permissions: Settings → Pop Kollection → Camera/Photos
Photo Limit: Max 10 photos per item
File Size: Very large images may fail (try smaller photos)
